• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in an account, made up of real money and bonus money combined.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds provided for promotional purposes, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the English version of this document will be considered final.

To open an account on letsbet, a user must meet the eligibility requirements below. The right to cancel an account is reserved if false information is provided.

2.1 Age and Identity

• The user must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and all such accounts may be cancelled.
• At the time of registration, you must provide your correct full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address.

2.2 Registration Process

2.3 Information Verification

letsbet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The registered user is fully responsible for all activity on their account. It is the user's own responsibility to protect the account from third-party access.

3.1 Protecting Login Details

• Passwords and login details must never be shared with any third party.
• Use a strong password — include at least eight characters, numbers and special symbols.
• Avoid logging in from unfamiliar devices or public networks.
• Always log out at the end of each session after logging in.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

3.3 Device and Technical Issues

letsbet will not be responsible for any problems caused by the user's device, internet connection or software. If a session is interrupted mid-way, the outcome will be determined according to the server's records.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Amounts below this will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.

Specific conditions and procedures must be followed to withdraw funds from an account. All withdrawal requests are processed after verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Accepted methods for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawn funds will be sent directly to the user's own mobile financial service account registered in their name.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

5.3 Processing Time

Once the verification process is complete, funds generally reach the user's account within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Additional verification may be carried out for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and promotional offers on letsbet are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means the associated conditions have been accepted.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred or shared with others.
• Bonus funds cannot be treated as direct cash; they can only be used for betting activity.
• Each bonus may have its own expiry period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If unusual betting patterns are observed with the intent of exploiting a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person, IP address or device is not acceptable.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Active members receive weekly cashback on net losses according to their VIP level: up to 0.4% at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level, up to 1.1% at Gold level and up to 1.5% at Platinum level. For example, if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, a cashback of ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 applies.

All betting activity on the letsbet platform will be governed by the rules below. The right to void the outcome of a bet is reserved if these rules are not followed.

7.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet has been fully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error may be voided.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event simultaneously (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

7.2 Outcome Determination

letsbet's decision in determining outcomes will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded, unless a separate rule applies.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If there is a delay in processing a transaction for any reason and the event outcome is determined during that time, the bet may be considered void.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the letsbet platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Artificial or structured betting to take advantage of bonuses.
• Betting using any kind of software, bot or automated method.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

letsbet may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information in the account.
• Failing to submit documents requested for identity verification.
• For administrative reasons as part of an investigation.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.

9.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account
